Your Local My Aged Care Service Provider

Oxley Community Transport Service Inc is a non-profit organisation, funded by Transport for NSW.

To access our services as a new client, you will need to register for My Aged Care to find out if you are eligible. Their staff will provide full eligibility assessments for you to complete in order to find out if:

• You are currently receiving support
• You have any health concerns
• You are managing with activities around the house
• You feel safe at home

After you register with My Aged Care, please call (02) 6762 1122 to talk to our assessment officer.
